I got up at 3:45 this morning to come into work and put in a brief appearance on the Channel 2 Morning News. Video clip here. Yep, I got up in the middle of the might to get upstaged by a rat.

Celeste- I knew exactly how it was going to go. After she commented for the third time on how cute the rat was, she spent 4 or 5 minutes talking to Steve about their part of the segment. She asked me if we were OK to go as they were about to start the live broadcast. It was clear that she wanted me on and off as quickly as possible so that we could get to the rodent. I'm not bitter or anything. - Violetta.
Where's a cat when you need one? ;)
Regardless of being upstaged by scabbers, it was fun to see the video clip!
